Free delivery on all custom-built structures within 150 miles of the Homestead Barns shop in the Shipshewana region of Northern Indiana, covering most of Southern Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Northeast Indiana. We use the Mule system to place your building exactly where you want it, without tearing up your yard. Conditions may apply in dense urban areas where access is tight.

Order
No pressure, no games, just a straightforward process from yes to done. We promise to make it easy.
Build
Your building is built to spec. Most custom builds take three to four weeks, with longer lead times during peak season or for build-on-site projects.
Deliver
Free delivery within 150 miles of our Amish build shop in northern Indiana. Our in-stock inventory delivers free within 40 miles of Adrian or Carleton. We place it, level it, and leave it ready to go.

Our first established location just off US-223 in Adrian. Walk through dozens of styles and configurations, sit inside a few, take your time. No appointment needed. We leave the buildings unlocked. Come see the quality for yourself.
