Custom-built sheds, garages, cabins, casitas, barns, gazebos, pavilions, and pergolas usually include free delivery within 150 miles of the Homestead Barns shops in Topeka, Indiana and Colon, Michigan, across much of Southern Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Northeast Indiana. Lot inventory is different: in-stock buildings include free delivery within 40 miles of the location where that building sits.

No pressure, no games, just a straightforward process from yes to done. We promise to make it easy.
Build
Your building is built to spec. Most custom builds take three to four weeks, with longer lead times during peak season or for build-on-site projects.
Deliver
Free delivery within 150 miles of our Amish build shop in northern Indiana. Our in-stock inventory delivers free within 40 miles of Adrian or Carleton. We place it, level it, and leave it ready to go.
