Are windows and doors included in the base price?

Every building comes with a standard door configuration included in the base price. Windows and upgraded doors are add-on options. The prices listed on this page are what you pay on top of the base building price.

Can I add options after I have already ordered?

In most cases, yes. If your building has not entered production yet, we can add or change options. Once construction begins, some modifications may not be possible. Contact us as early as possible if you want to make changes.

What is the difference between standard and insulated windows?

Standard windows are single-pane and work well for storage buildings where temperature control is not a priority. Insulated windows are double-pane and significantly reduce heat transfer, making them the better choice for workshops, studios, cabins, and any building where you plan to spend time inside.

Can I mix siding colors or use different colors on different walls?

Yes. You can choose one color for the body and a different color for the trim. Some customers also choose a contrasting color for doors or shutters. Work with our team or use the 3D builder to see how different combinations look together.

Do you offer custom sizes that are not listed on your website?

We build structures up to 16x44 for delivery and build-on-site. If you need a non-standard dimension, please contact us and we'll let you know what's possible for your specific building style.

How do I choose my colors before ordering?

You can browse all available colors on this page or use our 3D builder to see colors applied to your building in real time. We also have physical paint and material samples at both our Adrian and Carleton locations if you want to see them in person before deciding.
