Not What You're Used To
Most of this industry runs the same playbook: gimmicky pricing, a weekend sale that was never really a sale, and emails that never get a reply. We wrote our own, built on honesty and integrity. And when we don't have the answer, we work to get you one.
Our prices are on the website
Others: pricing hidden behind a contact form.
Design in 3D before anyone contacts you
Others: three sales calls before you know what anything costs.
Built and delivered by crews we know and trust
Others: subcontracted crews you never meet.
Confirmed build queue, honest lead time
Others: no real timeline, no updates until delivery day.
See Yours Before
You Buy It
Pick your style, size, colors, and options. Rotate it, zoom in, and make it yours. The whole process is easy and you'll walk away knowing exactly what your building looks like before you commit.

Two Ways to Get Your Building

Mule Delivery
Our standard option. Your building is hand-built at the shop, loaded onto a truck, and placed on your site with our specialized Mule machine. The Mule fits through tight gates and around landscaping that most trucks can't, with minimal impact on your lawn.
- Standard for ~85% of customers
- Fits through gates and tricky access
- Placed and leveled professionally

Build On-Site
When your site can't accept a pre-built delivery, like wooded lots, no road access, or unusually tight spaces, our craftsmen bring the workshop to you and build your structure piece by piece. Adds a few weeks to the timeline.
- About 1 in 5 customers choose this option
- Built piece by piece on your property
- Same craftsmen, same materials

Questions About Gazebos
Our Gazebos start around $4,920, and the price you see is the price of the building. Size, roof style (single or double roof), and a screened option move the price from there, and Pavilions are priced similarly by size. See current pricing on our pricing page.
A Gazebo is an enclosed structure with railings and often built-in seating, made to sit in and enjoy. A Pavilion is open-air, built more for covering a dining area, hot tub, or outdoor kitchen. Both come in single-roof and double-roof styles and share the same craftsmanship.
That depends on your township, city, or county. Many follow the usual pattern, a zoning compliance permit up to 200 square feet and a building permit above it, though open structures like gazebos are sometimes treated differently from enclosed buildings. Check with your local office before you build so you know how they classify it.
A reasonably level spot ready before delivery is the main thing, since our Gazebos come with composite flooring built in. Our drivers can handle minor grade changes, up to about 6 to 8 inches, but the site should be prepared and level beforehand. Many customers set a Gazebo on grass, gravel, or a patio.
An in-stock Gazebo from one of our locations usually arrives within 7 to 10 days, often sooner. A custom-built Gazebo typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks, with summer peak season sometimes running 5 to 6 weeks.
Ours are hand-built by Amish craftsmen with real framing, composite flooring, and finish details meant to last outdoors for years. They arrive as a finished structure and set in place, instead of a kit you assemble over a weekend. The quality shows in how they hold up season after season.
