This website provides information about the buildings we sell, including styles, sizes, pricing, and delivery. It also lets you design a building and request a quote. It is an information and inquiry tool, not a checkout.

Prices, sizes, materials, and lead times shown on the site are provided in good faith and can change without notice. A price becomes final only in a written order confirmed with us. In-stock inventory is updated regularly but can sell before the site reflects it.

Quotes and any configuration you build with our design tool are estimates to help you plan. They are not a binding contract until we confirm your order in writing.

Rent-to-own is offered through a separate third-party financing company with its own terms and approval process. We are not the lender. Their agreement governs that arrangement.

Our buildings are covered by the material warranties from the makers of the components we use, including siding warranties of up to 50 years. Workmanship coverage is provided by the builder. We will share the specific warranty details for your building before purchase. Except as stated in those written warranties, the site and its content are provided as is.

The content on this site, including text, photos, graphics, and logos, belongs to Amish Outdoor Buildings or its suppliers and is protected by law. Please do not reuse it without permission.

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.

To the extent allowed by law, Amish Outdoor Buildings is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Our buildings and services are covered by their own written terms and warranties.

The site may link to other websites, such as our financing partner or our online building designer. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
