Amish crew constructing a building on site at a customer property in Southern Michigan

Built Where It Stands. No Mule Required.

When your yard is too tight for delivery or you've got fencing and other items blocking the way, our crew builds it right where it belongs. Same craftsmanship, same quality.

Why On-Site

Too Narrow for a Mule Delivery? That Is Exactly Why This Exists.

When your yard is too tight for delivery, or maybe fencing is in the way, our crew builds it right where it belongs.

Too narrow for a mule delivery? That is exactly why build-on-site exists. If the building cannot be placed the normal way, we bring the materials in and build it where it stands.

Fixed Fencing and Narrow Gates

Sometimes mule systems need more clearance than your yard will allow. Our crew carries every piece by hand if that is what it takes.

Slopes, Soft Soil, and Tight Lots

Sometimes slopes, soft lawns, and other unforeseen issues can get in the way. On-site assembly means no risk, no issues.

HOA Rules and Permit Restrictions

Some neighborhoods require buildings to be built on concrete foundations, or make access harder. On-site construction arrives as a team that brings the materials to build just what you need.

The Process

From Assessment to Assembly

Five steps. No mystery. You know exactly what happens and when.

1

Site Assessment

We’re happy to review photos and videos of your property. We’ll talk to you about foundation needs, staging areas, and access points, all confirmed before build day.

2

Prep and Pre-Cutting

Our team prepares ahead of time. Materials are ready, our team is all set to go. They’ll load up the truck and be ready to bring it to you.

3

Foundation

You’ll work to make sure that your ground, gravel base, or concrete foundation is ready for your building.

4

On-Site Assembly

Walls are raised, trusses are set, structures are sealed. Framing, roofing, siding, doors, and trim. Our builds finish in a single day.

5

Final Walkthrough

We’ll walk through and confirm everything is where it needs to be. Every door, window, and roofline, leaving only the best building behind when we leave.

The Advantage

On-Site Is Not a Workaround.

For many properties, building in place is simply the best way to get the structure exactly where it belongs. Same craftsmanship, same materials, same standards as every building we deliver.

Flexible Sizing

On-site construction handles sizes and configurations that standard delivery cannot always accommodate, like a building without a floor. If your building needs special attention, we bring the build to you.

Your Lawn and Fencing Stay Intact

No mule getting stuck outside your fences. No issues. Materials get staged by our team and carried in by hand.

Watch the Build Happen

Every stud, every joist, every rafter goes up in front of you. The craftsmanship is not hidden inside a factory. It unfolds in your yard.

Trees and Wires Are Irrelevant

Overhanging branches or power lines, tight turns between buildings. None of it matters when nothing rides in on a trailer or gets moved into place by a mule.

Common Questions

Very please with our shed can’t beat the quality and price. Ron was great to work and was really informative during the whole process. Our shed was delivered on as promised and on time Jerry placed our shed and leveled it perfectly.
