We build and deliver. Our rent-to-own partner, JMAG, handles the financing side. They have specialized in rent-to-own for shed builders for years, and we have worked with them the whole time, so the paperwork stays simple and the answers stay straight.

    Choose a style and size, or design your own. The Amish build is exactly the same whether you pay cash or rent-to-own. Nothing about the materials or the joinery changes.

    Start with one payment

    Your first monthly payment gets it going. No credit check, no bank application, no digging through your finances. Just a simple agreement you can fill out at our location.

    We deliver and set it

    Your building arrives on your property, leveled and ready to use. Load it up the same day. It sits in your backyard while you pay, not in a storage lot across town.

    Own it, or pay off early

    Make your monthly payments through the term and the building is yours. Pay it off within 90 days for just the cash price, or pay off any time after that with no penalty.

Sign your agreement, take the building home, and if you pay it off within the first 90 days you owe just the cash price plus tax. Nothing extra. It works out the same as buying it outright, you simply had three months to get there.

Pay off early, anytime

Past the 90 days you can still pay the remaining balance whenever you want, with no penalty. The sooner you finish, the less you pay in total.

Change your mind, keep your credit

It is a month-to-month rental agreement, so you are only ever committed one month at a time. If your situation changes, we pick the building up and your credit is never touched.

Common questions about rent-to-own

Do I need good credit to qualify?

No. Rent-to-own does not require a credit check, and qualifying does not depend on your credit score. Your past financial history will not keep you from getting a building on your property today.

What does 90 days same-as-cash mean?

If you pay the building off within 90 days of signing your agreement, you owe only the cash price plus tax. There is nothing extra added, so it works out the same as paying in full up front.

Can I pay it off early?

Yes, any time. Within the first 90 days you owe just the cash price. After that you can still pay off the remaining balance whenever you want, with no early-payoff penalty. The sooner you finish, the less you pay overall.

What happens if I can no longer make payments?

Because this is a month-to-month rental agreement, you are only committed one month at a time. If your situation changes, we pick the building up and your credit is not affected.

Who is JMAG?

JMAG is our rent-to-own partner. We build and deliver the building; they handle the financing side. They have specialized in rent-to-own for shed builders for years, and we have worked with them the whole time.

What can I rent-to-own, and up to how much?

Most of our catalog qualifies, including sheds, garages, cabins, casitas, and barns, on buildings up to $30,000. Terms run 36 or 48 months, and you can pay off early at any point.

Is the building made differently for rent-to-own?

Not at all. Every Amish Outdoor Buildings structure is built to the same standard with the same materials, whether you pay cash or rent-to-own. How you pay never changes how it is built.
