The entire process from going to the carlton location to pick out the shed style and color, to the delivery was easy and 100% satisfaction. There was a small set back with the actual delivery date because of a truck break down out of their control. But was rescheduled when truck was repaired, and was very interesting to watch them unload and put in our back yard on cement slab. The ramp that they supplied with the shed had cracked boards that were the support runners under and some cracked on top that we are in contact with to see if they will replace. Over all we are glad we chose to purchase the shed from them rather then your local building supply company.
