Two styles, one standard of construction. The single roof is the classic gazebo form: a steep pitched roof over an open railing. The double roof adds a raised center cupola that vents heat from the top of the structure while pulling cooler air in at the sides. Both include standard seating: octagon models get 3 sections of seating, and oblong models 10x12 and larger come with a 5' swing on one end and 3 sections of seating on the other. 8x8 and 10x10 sizes are too compact for a swing.
Available screened (+20%) or open. Cedar shake or dimensional asphalt shingle upgrades available (+5%). Built by Amish crews, delivered fully assembled (or built on site).

How it gets to you.
Mule Delivery
Your building arrives on a trailer and is placed with our specialized Mule machine. It rolls across lawns with minimal turf disturbance, fits through tighter access than a full truck and trailer, and sets the building exactly where you want it.
Build On-Site
For sites where a pre-built delivery can't reach (wooded lots, no road access, or unusually tight spaces) our crew brings the workshop to you and builds your structure piece by piece on your property. Same materials, same craftsmanship.

The double roof adds a raised center tier, a cupola, that vents heat out the top while pulling cooler air in at the sides, and it gives the gazebo a taller, more striking silhouette. Both share the same footprint, construction, and seating. The double roof runs roughly $200 to $870 more depending on size.
Octagon models come with 3 sections of built-in seating and no swing. Oblong models 10x12 and larger include a 5' swing on one end with 3 sections of seating on the other. Want more? Extra seating is $40 a section, a 4' swing is $275, and a 5' swing is $300.
Yes. Built-in screens, a screened-in floor plus a screen door, add 20% to the base price and turn the gazebo into a bug-free outdoor room while keeping the open-air feel. It's cleanest to spec it at order time rather than retrofit later.
Trex composite flooring is standard in two colors, Coastal Bluff or Saddle, at no upcharge. If you want a different look, four premium Natural Composite colors are available for about 10% more. Either way, it's low-maintenance and built to live outdoors.
A custom gazebo usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks to build and deliver, or 5 to 6 in peak summer. Gazebos are Amish-built in Northern Indiana, with free delivery across Southern Michigan and out to roughly 150 miles, and they arrive fully assembled with the composite floor already in place.
Yes. Gazebos qualify for rent-to-own with no credit check, on 36 or 48-month terms, and the structure is yours at the end, with no early-payoff penalty. Ask either location to start.
