Pavilions are open-air structures with railings and a full roof overhead. The Single Roof Pavilion is the starting point. The Double Roof adds a raised center tier for better airflow and visual presence. The A-Frame brings a triangular modern roofline. The Open Pavilion strips it to bare bones, with no benches or swings standard, for maximum custom layout flexibility.
All pavilions use pressure-treated posts and metal or shingle roofing. Screens available on all styles (+20%). Seating comes standard on every style except the Open Pavilion. Swings are available.

How it gets to you.
Mule Delivery
Your building arrives on a trailer and is placed with our specialized Mule machine. It rolls across lawns with minimal turf disturbance, fits through tighter access than a full truck and trailer, and sets the building exactly where you want it.
Build On-Site
For sites where a pre-built delivery can't reach (wooded lots, no road access, or unusually tight spaces) our crew brings the workshop to you and builds your structure piece by piece on your property. Same materials, same craftsmanship.
Pavilion Questions
Single Roof is the standard pavilion with a single-tier roof. Double Roof adds a raised center cupola for better airflow and a bolder profile. A-Frame brings a triangular, modern roofline. And the Open Pavilion strips it back, no benches or swings, so you've got a clean slate for an outdoor kitchen, a hot tub, or your own furniture.
The Single Roof, Double Roof, and A-Frame all include seating, octagon models get 3 sections, and oblong 10x12 and larger add a 5' swing with 3 sections on the other end. The Open Pavilion comes with no seating or swings on purpose, leaving the whole floor open for whatever you're setting up.
Yes, on all four styles. Built-in screens, a screened floor plus a screen door, add 20% and are popular on pavilions used for dining or set over a hot tub, where keeping the bugs out makes the space usable all season.
A level base does the work, a gravel pad, concrete piers, or a slab all fit. The posts are pressure-treated for ground contact, and on the larger 16-wide sizes a properly set foundation matters more. We'll walk you through the right prep before delivery.
A custom pavilion usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks to build and deliver, or 5 to 6 in peak summer, with the largest sizes sometimes a little longer. Pavilions are Amish-built in Northern Indiana, with free delivery across Southern Michigan and out to roughly 150 miles, and they arrive fully built.
Yes. Pavilions qualify for rent-to-own with no credit check, on 36 or 48-month terms, and the structure is yours at the end, with no early-payoff penalty. Ask either location to get started.
