No credit check. No bank involved.

Rent-to-own is a month-to-month rental agreement, not a loan and not debt. Your credit score is never pulled. No credit application, no approval wait.

You rent it. Then you own it.

Complete all your payments and the building is legally yours. No balloon payment at the end, no title transfer hassle. Ownership is automatic when the term is fulfilled.

Pay off early. Save more.

You can buy out your agreement at any time with no early payoff penalty. Most customers who pay off in the first half of their term save significantly compared to completing the full contract.

Pay rent through the pickup day and we retrieve the building. No credit hit, no collection calls. Your credit stays intact as long as there are no missed payments.
