The Deluxe starts where the standard garden shed leaves off. Two interior 4' lofts, one on each side, put overhead storage within reach without giving up floor space. A 6' double door with a transom window above it adds light and makes wide loads easy to move in and out. Standard 6'6" walls and a steeper 5/12 roofline that sets the look apart, with a dormer you can add for more light up top.
It's available in larger footprints than any other shed model, up to 16×40. For anyone who wants a serious outdoor building that holds its value and its look for decades, this is the model worth considering. It arrives fully built and ready to use (unless you need it built on site, we offer that too).

How it gets to you.
Mule Delivery
Your building arrives on a trailer and is placed with our specialized Mule machine. It rolls across lawns with minimal turf disturbance, fits through tighter access than a full truck and trailer, and sets the building exactly where you want it.
Build On-Site
For sites where a pre-built delivery can't reach (wooded lots, no road access, or unusually tight spaces) our crew brings the workshop to you and builds your structure piece by piece on your property. Same materials, same craftsmanship.
Deluxe Garden Shed Questions
The Deluxe builds in features that cost extra on a standard garden shed: two interior 4' lofts for overhead storage, a 6' double door with a transom window above it, and a steeper 5/12 roofline. You can also add a dormer for more light over the door.
The Deluxe has a 4' loft built into each side, left and right. They keep seasonal items, totes, and long or light gear up and out of the way, so the floor stays open for a workbench, a mower, or whatever you're working on. They come standard, not as an add-on.
The Deluxe goes up to 16×40, the largest shed footprint we offer, which works out to 640 square feet, plenty for a serious dedicated workspace. Most orders land in the 10×12 to 12×20 range; the bigger sizes are custom builds with slightly longer lead times.
Every building comes with a metal roof, and architectural shingles are available as an upgrade if you prefer that look. Both hold up well under Michigan weather; the choice really comes down to the look you're after.
Most custom builds are finished and delivered in about 3 to 4 weeks, or 5 to 6 during peak summer. Deluxe garden sheds are built in Colon, Michigan, with free delivery across Southern Michigan and out to about 150 miles. In-stock ones at our Adrian or Carleton lots go out within a week or two.
Yes. The Deluxe qualifies for rent-to-own with no credit check, on 36 or 48-month terms, and it's yours at the end. Ask either location or start in the 3D builder.
