Amish Utility Sheds. Built to last.
Framed by hand and built heavy, the utility shed is the one most people start with. Clean lines, simple construction, and enough room to actually use, built to outlast whatever you put inside.
The most straightforward building we make.
No steep rooflines, no decorative trim. Just clean framing, heavy-duty materials, and enough room to actually use. Reinforced doors with key-lockable hardware. The 4-foot door on 8-foot-wide models steps up to 6-foot double doors on 10-foot and wider, for clearance on riding mowers, ATVs, and anything else you need to roll in and out.
Inside, exposed 2×4 stud walls let you anchor shelves, pegboards, and workbenches wherever you need them. Pressure-treated floor decking handles the weight of heavy equipment. It's the building most people start with, and the one they're glad they sized up on. It shows up fully built, ready to load the day it lands (unless you need it built on site, we offer that too).

How it gets to you.

Mule Delivery
Your building arrives on a trailer and is placed with our specialized Mule machine. It rolls across lawns with minimal turf disturbance, fits through tighter access than a full truck and trailer, and sets the building exactly where you want it.

Build On-Site
For sites where a pre-built delivery can't reach (wooded lots, no road access, or unusually tight spaces) our crew brings the workshop to you and builds your structure piece by piece on your property. Same materials, same craftsmanship.
Utility Shed Questions
The utility shed is the value workhorse: a simple, functional building with front doors and the most storage per dollar. A garden shed steps up to a more finished look, with double doors and windows that help it sit nicely in a yard rather than just hold your gear. Both are built the same way underneath, so it comes down to whether you want plain and practical or a building with a little more curb appeal.
Definitely. The interior framing is exposed 2×4 studs, 16 inches on center throughout, so you can anchor shelves, pegboards, and a workbench right to the studs with nothing extra to add. Most folks do their own buildout after delivery, and we're happy to talk through options when you order.
A 10×12 is the popular starting size and fits most riding mowers with room to move around them. If you've got a wide-deck zero-turn, a 10×16 gives you comfortable clearance plus a wall for a workbench. A good rule of thumb: measure the equipment and leave at least 18 inches on each side for the door and maneuvering.
No slab required. Every utility shed is built on pressure-treated 4×6 skids rated for ground contact, so a level, well-drained spot is all you really need. A gravel pad of 4 to 6 inches of compacted stone is the most common base; concrete piers or treated decking work too. Keeping water from pooling underneath is what matters most, and we'll send a site-prep guide before delivery.
The 3D builder does it in real time. Pick your size, siding, color, doors, and windows, and the price updates as you go. Most orders start there. If you'd rather talk it through, call either location and we'll walk the options with you over the phone.
Yes. Most utility sheds qualify for rent-to-own with no credit check, on 36 or 48-month terms, and you own it outright at the end. It's a common way to get a solid shed without a big upfront cost. Ask either location or start in the 3D builder.
