Tree branches, trim them or have them trimmed before delivery day. That's the easy one. Power lines are a different conversation. Our drivers will not deliver under low power lines. It's a safety issue, full stop.
If power lines cross your delivery path, give us a call or text before scheduling. Sometimes there's an alternate route onto your property. In other cases, your utility company can temporarily raise or relocate a line. We'd rather figure this out ahead of time than discover it on delivery day.
