The price you see on our site is the price of the building itself, and that's what most people pay. An 8×10 storage shed starts around $2,700. A 10×16 runs around $5,000-$6,000 depending on style and options. Bigger builds like a 12×24 garage can range from $8,000 to $12,000+.
Where people sometimes get surprised at other companies is delivery fees, site prep costs, or card processing surcharges. With us, delivery is included within our service area, setup is included, and we don't charge extra for paying by card. The price we quote you is the price you pay. The only thing that can add to your total is upgrades you choose: extra windows, a different door style, a loft, things like that. But those are always your call, and we'll tell you exactly what they cost before you commit.
