Not necessarily. We deliver year-round, and plenty of customers take delivery in the colder months. The building itself doesn't care what temperature it is when it arrives.
The main consideration is your site. If the ground is frozen solid, that can actually make delivery easier in some cases since the ground is firm and won't rut up. Where it gets tricky is heavy snow cover that makes it hard to access your property or position the building accurately. If you're planning a winter delivery, just make sure the path to your site is accessible and reasonably cleared.
