- Detached accessory building maximum height is 15 ft. No more than two detached accessory buildings on any residential lot. Accessory buildings cannot occupy more than 35% of the rear yard; cumulative size limits are based on lot size and principal building gross floor area.

Questions About Buildings in Dundee
Most likely, yes. We deliver within about 150 miles of our Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan shops, which covers most of southern to lower-mid Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Northeast Indiana.
