Used sheds can be tempting on price, but they come with unknowns. You don't always know how it was maintained, what the floor looks like underneath, or whether it was sitting on bad ground for years. A building that looks fine on the outside can have soft floors, mold, or structural issues hiding underneath.
If you do go used, inspect it carefully. Walk inside, check the floor, look at the roof, open and close the doors. And make sure you're factoring in the cost of delivery, because moving a used shed isn't free.
